Euroterminals Chełm and Dorohusk – logistics of the future

In the municipalities of Chełm and Dorohusk, we are creating modern intermodal centres with access to railways, roads and airports. This is our response to the growing needs of the market, the development of green logistics and new opportunities for cooperation on international transport routes. We offer ready-to-use land, procedural support and strong local partnerships. We are investing in the future of transport and logistics on the eastern border of the European Union.

The importance of location

Situated directly on the border with Ukraine, the Euroterminals Chełm and Dorohusk serve as natural gateways to the so-called Middle Corridor (Trans-Caspian Route) – an alternative trade route linking China with Western Europe via Kazakhstan, the Caspian Sea, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Turkey.

This positions the Euroterminals Chełm and Dorohusk as critical transshipment and distribution nodes along the New Silk Road, reinforcing Poland’s geostrategic position within European and global supply chains.

Why is the location in the Central Corridor so important for logistics?

A safe alternative

Independence from routes through Russia and Belarus

EU support

Investment and funding from i.a. Global Gateway

Faster transit

Transport in 14–18 days without the risk of the Northern Corridor

New markets, strong position

Poland as a hub connecting Europe with Asia and the Caucasus
