Dr Mariusz Rudzki
President of the Board
He has many years of experience in attracting domestic and foreign investors, particularly in the logistics, manufacturing and IT sectors. Co-creator of the investor service system in the Lublin voivodeship and author of market analyses and regional strategies. He has carried out dozens of economic missions around the world and supports entrepreneurs in foreign expansion. In the last three years he was responsible for attracting and servicing nearly 100 investors for the city of Chelm.
A doctor of social sciences, he specializes in the measurement of intellectual capital and the development of cluster initiatives. Former manager at the Office of the Marshal of the Lublin Voivodeship, investment advisor, author of local government strategies and expert on cooperation with local government units.

Prof. Maciej Rudnicki
Co-owner / business partner / associate professor of law / legal advisor
Legal counsel and financial law expert, specializes in critical infrastructure issues. Graduate of law at the Adam Mickiewicz University and economics, completed numerous foreign internships in the EU, Japan and Belgium, among others. Former Secretary of the City of Gorzow Wielkopolski, Member of Parliament of the Republic of Poland (1997-2001), Deputy Minister of Environment in the government of Prof. Jerzy Buzek.
Author of more than 150 scientific publications. For many years he taught at the Catholic University of Lublin, UKSW and the Polonia Academy, where he served as rector.
From 2001 to 2024, he was a member of boards of directors, supervisory boards and legal advisor to numerous entities in various industries and fields of the economy, including key state-owned companies and major international corporations, as well as public institutions related to critical infrastructure. He has experience in managing business entities and investment funds. Co-author of economic projects in the energy, logistics and dual-use technology sectors. He has the status of anti-communist opposition activist, granted by the decision of the Head of the Office for Veterans and Repressed Persons. Awarded many medals for public and professional activities, including the Cross of Freedom and Solidarity and the Medal of the Centenary of Independence.

Robert Kuraszkiewicz

Graduated in history from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, scholarship holder of educational programs in the USA (Georgetown, CSIS). Specializes in the renewable energy and finance sectors. Served as Managing Director at companies in the financial sector: BMT Brokerage House and BTW Investments SA. He was also Vice President and President of the Management Board of Bank Pocztowy SA, and President of the Management Board of Rafako SA. He served on the Supervisory Boards of capital companies, including those listed on the WSE SA. Among them: NFI Funds, KGHM Polska Miedź SA, Skystone Capital SA, Bank Pocztowy SA and Polonia Warszawa SA.
Publicist and author of books on geopolitics and the technological revolution (including “Poland in the New World,” “The World in the Shadow of War”). Co-author of the CASE report on the energy transition. Active oppositionist of the 1980s, repeatedly decorated for social and independence activities (including the Cross of Freedom and Solidarity, Order of Rebirth of Poland).
